Russian GLONASS suffered outage

The Russian GNSS, GLONASS, suffered an outage of several hours. On April 1 21:00 UTC almost all GLONASS satellites were not usable due insufficient ephemerides. Apparently an earlier upload of wrong information caused the failure. The long period of unavailability is reported due to the requirement of satellites to be over Russia for uploading information.
